Roper Saint Francis Healthcare has provided quality healthcare to the people of the Carolinas for more than two centuries. Their story began in the old Charleston hospitals where doctors treated patients before the Civil War. Generations of doctors have continued to provide the quality care that today makes Roper Saint Francis a model within the industry.

When the Marketing Strategy began to focus on the "Centers of Excellence" a new overall design was implemented in 2005 with an updated version in 2007. A new site with content management and other interactive pieces is under construction due for completion in 2009. The current web site has won several industry awards including the 2005 e-Healthcare Leadership Award.

Mainspring also designed and helped implement the hospitals intranet site to keep employees connected with communication and job performance tools.
