"When we introduced a new performance management system at SCANA, we faced the challenge of training over 3,500 system users across the company. We wanted the training to be consistent, cost effective, and time efficient. We believed that the use of computer based training to supplement face-to-face meetings with employees would be most effective. We turned to Mainspring Interactive to design and deliver a performance management CBT for us. Mainspring partnered with us to develop customized training on our performance management process and system. The result of this work was a very effective CBT module that continues to be used by us five years later.
